Privacy Policy

Yak Box is a private, invite-only trading terminal for internal, educational use. This policy explains what information the service handles and how. We keep this deliberately minimal — the terminal is not a consumer product and does not run advertising or sell data.
Information we handle
- Access credential. The site is gated by a single shared username and password. We do not create individual user accounts and do not ask for your name, email, or other personal details to enter.
- Session cookie. When you unlock the terminal we set one secure, HttpOnly cookie so your browser stays signed in. It contains a signed token indicating access was granted — not personal data. It is used only to keep you logged in.
- Operational logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page) to operate and secure the service. These are used for reliability and abuse prevention, not profiling.
- Preferences. Small settings (theme, sound, last-viewed ticker) are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device.
Market & analytics data
The terminal displays market data and options analytics licensed from our data provider (Massive) and derived read-outs computed from it. This is market information, not personal information about you.
How information is used
Solely to operate the terminal: to grant and maintain access, display market analytics, keep the service reliable, and prevent misuse. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent any information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service — principally our cloud host (Railway) and our market-data provider (Massive). They process data only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms.
Security
Access is gated and served over HTTPS, and the session cookie is HttpOnly and signed. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the service. If you believe access has been compromised, contact us so the shared credential can be rotated.

Yak Box is for internal, educational use only. Everything in the terminal is a suggestion or observation, never an order or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Options trading — especially 0DTE — carries substantial risk of total loss. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Your choices
Because there are no individual accounts, we hold no personal profile to export or delete. You can clear the session cookie and local preferences at any time from your browser. To request that access be revoked, reach out using the contact below.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
